Unlocking the Low Bridge Rotation at 51 years old

Unlocking the Low Bridge Rotation is no easy feat for most, let alone at 51 years old.

Just a month ago, this skill was completely out of reach for Dave, but over the past month with some specific work on the areas that needed developing, Dave has been able to unlock the Low Bridge Rotation.

To perform the Low Bridge Rotation, it helps to have:-

1. A strong sissy squat;

2. Strong and open hip flexors;

3. Thoracic (T-Spine) Upper Back Flexibility;

4. Sufficient External Rotation of the Shoulders;

5. Skill Pattern Awareness;

Dave worked through progressions on the wall, as well with isolated exercises targeting the above areas and over time, he was able to take this skill to the floor and you can see even his surprise when the skill unlocked.

It goes to show, with dedicated weekly practice and sensible progressions, you WILL unlock the skills you desire and in the process become stronger, more mobile and more skillful.

For online programming assistance, feel free to arrange a complimentary video call here.

You can also access this skill and the many progressions I like to teach in my online movement course, Locomotion Flow 2.0.
