I created this platform for the people that most often reach out to me for training support. 

Usually, these are Guys & Girls who are fed up with mainstream exercise styles that have left them stiff and injured.

Some people just want to unlock their first chin up or be able to squat down low with ease.

Some just want to lose a bit of fat and build a bit of muscle!  

Some want their kids to look at to them as a good example of what it means to be fit and healthy! 

Others want to learn some cool skills like Handstands, Muscle Ups on Rings or that "weird crawling around on the ground stuff".

They're also generally people with job and family commitments who are short on time and can't be in a gym for hours every day! 

They also want to save on expensive Movement Gym fees and keep their costs low but still receive world class lessons.

What do I need to start?

Workouts are primarily bodyweight so you won't need much equipment.

I do recommend however you have access to:

- Something to hang from (any sort of pull up bar is fine).

- A dowel/stick (a broom works).

- Olympic Rings (if you want to learn rings...not mandatory but great for upper body!).

- A wall for Handstands (if you want to learn handstands).

- A stretchy resistance band.

- A small weight or two.

Don't worry if you don't have everything on this list to begin with (you can use bodyweight and general household items).

You don't need any prior training experience, just a willingness to put in some work to get the results you're after.

G'day. I'm Aaron.

I'm 43 years old from Australia and my Mission is to help YOU move better! 

It might come as a surprise but I wasn't always a healthy lad! 

In fact, I had a complete breakdown in my mid-thirties which is how I found "movement culture".

Long story short, I used to be a lawyer running my own law firm which was seriously stressful.

I wound up depressed, out of shape and alcoholic with serious anger management issues.

This contributed to my divorce and after losing the privilege of living with my two beautiful kids full time I hit rock bottom.

It was at this point I made the decision to turn my life around.

The best place to start is with the Body because hey...that's where we all have to live first and foremost so why not make it a fun, pleasant and more attractive place to be? 

I fell in love with Movement Training because it incorporates so many different skills with never-ending depth so I never get bored.

It's been the only approach to physical fitness that I have been able to maintain consistently long term. 

As a result, I went from being out of shape, tired & depressed to lean, strong and full of energy! 

The best part of my own transformation isn't just the abs or the cool tricks, it's feeling proud of myself and seeing what impact this has had on those around me (especially my kids!).

Now I'm passionate about sharing everything I've learned with YOU so we can all become the best versions of ourselves (just quietly...I think this is one of the best ways we can make the world a better place!).
