Thank you so much for being here. You've arrived at the perfect time because right now I am offering an insane 6 month custom online coaching deal right here

Let me just say that online programming is not for everyone.

Although you will receive a custom movement program with video instructionals along with written cues and accountability requirements, you are the one that will need to put the work in and complete the sessions.

We will meet online and review your efforts weekly (or as often as is needed) and you can ask me unlimited questions whenever, however this style of training does require a level of self discipline to do the work, film your efforts and report to me for feedback.

The minimum timeframe I ask from students is 8 weeks per phase.

We start with a chat about your goals and then if we are a good fit for each other, I then ask you to submit series of test videos for assessment.

Once I review your test videos, I prepare your custom program taking into account how often you can train, for how long, what weaknesses you have that need work and also the elements you want to work on most.

The most requested skills I am asked to program for are Handstands, Gymnastic Strength & Mobility, Rings & Locomotion Flow. I have helped many students all around the world this way with proven safe & effective training methods.

To get started, please book a call so we can discuss your needs and go from there.
