MEET YOUR COACH

 Hey! I'm Aaron and I found my passion for rings in my mid-thirties to overcome depression and alcohol addiction.

I had no prior gymnastics experience so I know how it feels to learn as an adult.

Now my passion is helping adults learn Rings to build powerful lean bodies that are fun to be in too!

The Skills

This program focussed on building the skills you need to create an epic body and amazing flows.

You'll learn:

Dips, Chins, False Grip, L-Sit, Shoulder Stand, Muscle Up, Front Roll, Back Roll, Skin the Cat, Body Levers and much more as well how to create flowing combinations.   

You will also learn extensive warm up drills to ensure you stay safe and injury free. 

All you'll need to start this course is access to a set of rings.

All skills come with video instructions (more than 70 lessons) which viewable on desktop or via an App for Apple or Android.
